On the afternoon of Thursday 16 April, H.S.H. Prince Albert II visited the Covid-19 Call Centre and the Home Support Centre (for people with few symptoms and not requiring hospitalisation).
These two entities, located in the Rainier III Auditorium, are staffed by health professionals supervised by a doctor.
The Covid-19 Call Centre was set up at the beginning of the epidemic in order to answer the questions posed by the population of Monaco.
The Home Monitoring Centre provides daily medical follow-up by telephone and also offers psychological counselling, as well as logistical support thanks to the resources of the Monegasque Red Cross.
The Call and Home Monitoring Centres are open 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm. The Call Centre can be reached by telephone on 92.05.55.00 and by e-mail: covid19@gouv.mc.
