This ceremony was held in the presence of Mr Jacques BOISSON, Secretary of State, Mr Georges LISIMACHIO, Head of Cabinet of H.S.H. the Prince and Mrs Mireille PETTITI, Director General of the Department of External Relations.
At the end of the ceremony, H.S.H. the Prince received the Delegate-General for a private audience in the Salon de Famille.
The Principality of Monaco and Quebec established diplomatic relations on 25th September 2008.
