ZAC Saint-Antoine inauguration

On 31 May 2013 at 10:30am, after six years of large-scale works, the ZAC (Mixed Development Zone) in the Saint-Antoine district at Cap d'Ail on 2 hectares (5 acres) of grounds on the edge of the Principality of Monaco, was inaugurated in the presence of His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco, by Xavier Beck, Mayor of Cap d'Ail, General Councillor of the Alpes-Maritimes, Vice President of Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur; Alain Loyer, CEO of GFC Construction and Manager of CIRMAD; Christophe Mirmand, Prefect of the Alpes-Maritimes; HE Michel Roger, Minister of State of the Principality of Monaco: Christian Estrosi, Deputy of the Alpes-Maritimes, Mayor of Nice; President of Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur; Eric Ciotti, Deputy of the Alpes-Maritimes, President of the General Council of the Alpes-Maritimes; and Philippe Bonnave, Managing Director of Bouygues Construction, with the participation of Hubert Voglimaci, CEO of Erilia.

 

The Principality of Monaco supported most of the cost and property investment for the ZAC Saint Antoine, for over M?200 (including VAT). |
