On Wednesday, April 2, H.S.H. Prince Albert II visited the Scuderie del Quirinale in Rome to view the exhibition “II Mondo a Roma - Arte e Globalizzazione nel Secolo Barocco” (The World in Rome - Art and Globalization in the Baroque Era), in the presence of the President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella.
The Prince's Palace loaned the Roman cultural institution a work by Nicolas Poussin, Hannibal Crossing the Alps on an Elephant, illustrating the artistic dialogue between cultures during the Baroque period.
