Inauguration of the reopening of the Monte Carlo Nursery

Their Serene Highnesses Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene visited the renovated Monte Carlo nursery.
On Tuesday, February 25, 2025, late in the morning, Their Royal Highnesses the Sovereign Prince and Princess Charlene visited the Monte Carlo nursery to see its recently renovated premises.
Welcomed by the Mayor of Monaco, Mr. Georges Marsan, the Princely Couple first attended the blessing of the establishment by Father Jean Ariel Bauza Salinas. The nursery, which now has 36 cribs, was then presented to the Princely Couple by Jean-Luc Magnani, Head of the Early Childhood and Families Department, who guided them through the various rooms.
Reopened on January 16 after several months of renovation work, the facility has been modernized to better meet the current needs of early childhood and to comply with new standards.
In addition, a complete renovation of the annex, dedicated to older children, is currently being planned. This project involves reconfiguring the spaces to include an additional activity room, facilities adapted for people with reduced mobility, a laundry room, an isolation room, and an enlarged management office that can also be used as a meeting room.
