TSH the Prince and Princess of Monaco will make an official visit to Poland on Wednesday 17th, Thursday 18th, and Friday 19th October 2012.
On 17th October they will be welcomed by the President of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Bronislaw Komorowski, at the Presidential Palace in Warsaw.
The Sovereign will lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Pilsudski Square and they will attend a working lunch chaired by Mr. Waldemar Pawlak, Vice-President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Economy.
In the afternoon, HSH the Prince will go to two assemblies, the Sejm and the Senate, then he will meet certain company leaders, the most influential in the country, during the "Polish Business Roundtable" meeting, at the Sobianski Palace.
Finally, the Royal Couple will attend an official dinner offered by the President of the Presidential Palace.
On 18th October, Prince Albert and Princess Charlène will fly to Krakow where they will meet the Mayor, Mr. Jadcek Majchrowski; the Sovereign will deliver a speech at the University of Jagellon and will visit the museum of this institution.
On 19th October*, TSH the Prince and Princess of Monaco will go to the Auschwitz and Birkenau Camps to pay tribute to the memory of prisoners and missing people. They will meet members of the "Auschwitz Foundation".
